UK Orders
Delivery Time: Most UK orders will arrive within 5 working days. During peak times, such as holidays, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
Note: Delays may occur during busy periods like holidays or promotional events.

EU Orders
Delivery Time: Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
VAT: VAT will be added during checkout, though some countries may still incur additional customs charges based on local regulations.
Customs and Charges for Orders Over €150: Orders exceeding €150 may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and VAT. Buyers are responsible for these charges to clear their orders from customs.
Note: Customs processing may delay delivery.

International Orders (Outside the EU)
Delivery Time: Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, but delays can occur due to customs processing or busy periods.
Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes. Ellyonart is not liable for delays caused by customs or fees imposed by local authorities.
